You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery or in-store pick up date. Return shipping costs will apply. The item(s) must not be damaged, altered, stained or worn. Items that you have already assembled can not be returned.
Bedsheets/ Comforter Sets
You may return or exchange bedsheets and comforter sets that are unopened and product seal is not broken within 30 days of the purchase date. Product seal is the white or black zip tie found on the zippers of bedsheets and comforters.
If furniture was picked in-store or delivered to your residence/business in it's original box/packaging, all new returned furniture must be in it's complete original box/packaging, unused and in new condition. Assembled furniture that was picked up in-store or delivered to your residence/business, must not be damaged, stained or worn.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrived damaged or defective from shipping or a local delivery, you may return them within 30 days of delivery or in-store pick up date.
You can receive a refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.
For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
Received The Wrong Item
If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible, we'll provide return instructions. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date.
All packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation due to the high increase of package theft. We ship to the address that's entered into the "Shipping Details" section at checkout. We are not responsible for reimbursement/refund if your package was successfully delivered to the incorrect address. We are not responsible for shipping fees if your package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts from UPS or USPS: the customer is responsible for the shipping fee if their package will be shipped out again.
You can cancel any order before it ships, goes out for local delivery, or before picking up in-store. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
