Return/Refund Policy

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery or in-store pick up date. Return shipping costs will apply. The item(s) must not be washed, damaged, altered, stained or worn. Items that you have already assembled can not be returned.

Credit Card Payments

If purchasing with a credit card, the billing (name) and shipping (address) must match. If an order has been placed and neither match, we will immediately cancel the order and issue a refund.

Bedsheets/ Comforter Sets

You may return or exchange bedsheets and comforter sets that have not been washed, stained or altered and must be in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Furniture 

If furniture was picked in-store or delivered to your residence/business in it's original box/packaging, all new returned furniture must be in it's complete original box/packaging, unused and in new condition. Assembled furniture that was picked up in-store or delivered to your residence/business, must not be damaged, stained or worn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrived damaged or defective from shipping or a local delivery, you may return it within 30 days of delivery or in-store pick up date. 

Refunds

You can receive a refund  to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.

For Credit Card, Afterpay, and Klarna refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Please check with Afterpay or Klarna to check refund processing times. Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days. 

 For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Received The Wrong Item

If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible, we'll provide return instructions. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery or in-store pick up date.

Delivery

All packages are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx  and require a signature confirmation due to the high increase of package theft. We ship to the address that's entered into the "Shipping Details" section at checkout. We are not responsible for reimbursement/refund if your package was successfully delivered to an incorrect address. We are not responsible for shipping fees if your package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts from UPS, FedEx or USPS. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee if their package will be shipped out again.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it ships, goes out for local delivery, or before picking up in-store. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
